Welder

We are looking for a Welder (TIG &ARC) to join our team at KUNAL SOLUTION. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welding Work

• Perform welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and other metals using TIG and ARC welding machines.

• Understand technical drawings and welding symbols before starting work.

• Properly position metal parts using clamps, jigs, or fixtures.

• Select appropriate current, voltage, and electrodes for welding.

2. Material Preparation

• Prepare metal surfaces before welding by grinding, brushing, or cleaning.

• Cut metal using cutting tools or gas cutting machines as required.

• Select appropriate filler rods, electrodes, and gases.

3. Quality Control

• Ensure all welding work is strong and meets quality standards.

• Inspect welds for cracks, porosity, defects, or incomplete welding.

• Perform grinding and finishing where necessary.

4. Machine Handling

Properly operate and maintain the following equipment:

• TIG welding machine

• ARC welding machine

• Gas cutting machine

• Grinding machine

Also perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines.

5. Safety Rules

• Follow all workshop safety regulations.

• Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

  • Welding helmet

  • Safety gloves

  • Safety shoes

  • Protective clothing

• Take precautions to prevent fire or accidents.

6. Workshop Assistance

• Assist in fabrication, assembly, and repair work.

• Coordinate with fitters, fabricators, and supervisors.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workplace.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of TIG and ARC welding

• Ability to understand welding symbols and drawings

• Basic knowledge of metal fabrication

• Ability to safely operate machinery

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
