Job Description – Die Maker / Mould Fitter

OSS Moulds is hiring an experienced Die Maker / Mould Fitter for plastic injection mould manufacturing and assembly operations.

Job Details -

Job Title: Die Maker / Mould Fitter

Experience: 5–10 Years

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Industry: Plastic Injection Moulds / Tool Room

Key Responsibilities -

Complete assembly and fitting of plastic injection moulds

Handle core-cavity fitting, sliders, lifters, ejector systems, inserts, and alignment

Perform blue matching, spotting, bench fitting, and troubleshooting

Carry out mould maintenance and breakdown handling

Understand 2D drawings and mould assembly sequences

Coordinate with EDM, VMC, grinding, and polishing departments

Provide trial support and correction work after mould trials

Maintain dimensional accuracy and production readiness

Required Skills -

Strong tool room and bench fitting knowledge

Experience in injection mould manufacturing and maintenance

Knowledge of conventional tool room machines

Ability to independently handle mould assembly and corrections

Experience with automotive, toy, or consumer plastic moulds preferred

ITI Tool & Die / Diploma preferred

Preferred Candidate -

Practical shop-floor experience

Ability to independently solve mould fitting and alignment issues

Experience in medium to large moulds preferred
