Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Incharge / Production Head to join our team for a Machine shop Supervisorto handle machine shop. We have Vertical and Horizontal Boring, Gear Cutting Machine , Candidate must have knowledge of above machine .

He should expert in Turning, Milling, Drilling, Cutting operation. He should have good knoledge of tooling and tooling sellectionfor different operatopn to ensure productivity. He should be good in mechanical drawing , Geomatic Calculation . Person should have work experince in heavy machine shop manufacturing casting , Forging Parts. .

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
