Job వివరణ

Working Knowledge of Conventional tool romm machine,just like MNTR,surface Grinder Lathe etc. knowledge of eng drawings, knowledge of Assembly as per drawings.... Perform assembly of mechanical parts, hydraulic & Pnumetic fixtures, and equipment as per engineering drawings.

Interpret technical drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and work instructions.

Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and tolerance during assembly.

Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments efficiently.

Inspect assembled parts for quality and accuracy.

Troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest improvements.

Maintain required production output and meet daily targets.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Train and guide junior fitters and helpers.

Maintain workplace cleanliness (5S) and discipline.

Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams when required.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly processes

Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T basics

Proficiency in using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Leadership and team handling ability

Good understanding of safety practices
