About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer to join our automation team. You will be responsible for designing, programming, and commissioning automation systems for manufacturing plants and industrial machinery.

Work Process:

PLC Programming: Develop, test, and modify logic using Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley RSLogix/Studio 5000, Mitsubishi GX Works, or Delta PLCs.
HMI & SCADA Development: Create user-friendly operator interfaces and SCADA systems for real-time plant monitoring.
Machine Automation: Handle complete automation of new machines and retrofitting of existing control panels.Site Commissioning: Perform on-site I/O checks, panel testing, machine start-up, and troubleshoot electrical & control issues.
Drive & Sensor Integration: Configure VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and integrate them with PLC systems using Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP.Documentation & Support: Prepare wiring diagrams, IO lists, SOPs, and provide training + after-sales support to clients.
