Job Summary:Responsible for shop floor execution, planning, and fabrication of pressure vessels, tanks, reactors, and process equipment as per drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily production planning & scheduling

Handling fabrication team (fitters, welders, helpers)

Ensure work as per GA drawing & fabrication drawing

Monitor TIG welding, fit-up, alignment

Coordinate with quality & store department

Reduce rework and improve productivity

Maintain production reports

Required Skills:

Diploma/BE Mechanical

Experience in SS fabrication (SS304 / SS316)

Knowledge of pressure vessel fabrication

Basic understanding of ASME standards
