Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings.

• Perform machine setup, workpiece clamping, and tool offset setting.

• Load CNC programs and verify machining operations before production.

• Monitor machining processes and make necessary offset adjustments.

• Perform tool changes and monitor tool wear during production.

• Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per quality requirements.

• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

• Coordinate with CNC Programmers, Tool Room, Quality, and Production teams for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma,Machinist Trade, or a related field.

• CNC machine operation certification is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in CNC Milling Machine operation.

• Knowledge of machine setup, tool offset setting, and tool changing.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.

• Basic understanding of G-code and M-code programs.

• Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, feeds, and speeds.

• Ability to use precision measuring instruments for inspection.

• Basic knowledge of preventive machine maintenance.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
