Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

New product development as per customer requirements
Study customer drawings and specifications
Development of sheet metal components and assemblies
Coordination with production, quality, and tool room departments
Preparation of BOM, process flow, and development documents
Conduct product trials and sample development
APQP & PPAP documentation handling
Process improvement and cost reduction activities
Ensure timely product development and customer approval
Follow-up with vendors and internal departments
Support during new tool development and production setup

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Sheet Metal Components
APQP & PPAP Documentation
AutoCAD / SolidWorks
Drawing Reading
Product Development Process
Process Planning
BOM Preparation
Problem Solving Skills
Good Communication & Coordination
