Packing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packing operations and manpower.

• Ensure proper packing as per customer specifications and standards.

• Monitor packing quality and prevent damage during handling and transportation.

• Maintain packing material inventory and coordinate replenishment.

• Prepare and verify packing lists, labels, and dispatch documents.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch departments.

• Ensure timely completion of packing schedules.

• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the packing area.

• Train packing staff on packing methods and quality requirements.

• Monitor productivity and report daily packing status to management.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of packing processes and materials.

• Ability to manage a team and allocate work effectively.

• Basic understanding of quality standards.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of inventory and dispatch documentation.

• Problem-solving and leadership abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP preferred).
