Job వివరణ

Tool & Equipment Management
- Oversee storage, maintenance, and distribution of tools.
- Conduct regular audits of tool inventory.
- Procure new tools and equipment when required.
Mould Maintenance & Repair
- Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance of moulds.
- Troubleshoot issues such as flashing, warpage, or dimensional deviations.
- Extend mould life through polishing, lubrication, and preventive actions.
Operations Supervision
- Manage CNC, EDM, VMC, grinding, milling, and welding machines.
- Ensure accuracy in machining, fitting, and assembly of moulds.
- Balance workloads between preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and new tool development.
Staff Leadership
- Supervise, train, and evaluate toolroom staff.
- Foster discipline, safety, and continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S practices).
Coordination & Compliance
- Work with production teams to align tool availability with schedules.
- Support quality teams during defect analysis.
- Maintain documentation for ISO/IATF compliance and audits
