Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate at Deed Agent Legal Consultancy in Pune. The Advocate will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to co-operative housing societies, handling documentation, liaising with sector officials, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Legal research, Writing, and Communication skills

Experience in co-operative housing society management

Knowledge of government regulations and compliance

Advocacy and Negotiation skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field

Familiarity with housing society laws and procedures
