Advocate

We are looking for a Advocate to join our team at Society Rights Legal Firm to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 along with professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conveyance Deed Work

  • Drafting and processing of conveyance deed documents

  • Coordination with builders, advocates, and society members

  • Handling document collection and verification

  • Follow-up for execution and registration

  2. Deemed Conveyance

  • Preparation and submission of deemed conveyance applications

  • Liaising with government authorities

  • Managing hearings and documentation

  • Tracking application status till final order

  3. Society Registration

  • Handling formation and registration of housing societies

  • Preparing required documents and forms

  • Coordination with Registrar office

  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements

  4. Legal Work Related to Society

  • Documentation and legal drafting

  • Coordination with legal consultants/advocates

  • Handling notices, agreements, and approvals

  • Maintaining legal records and files

  5. DHC Challan & Compliance Work

  • Preparation and submission of DHC challans

  • Payment tracking and record maintenance

  • Ensuring compliance with government norms

  6. Data Entry & Documentation

  • Accurate data entry of society and legal records

  • Maintaining digital and physical files

  • MIS reporting and document tracking

  • Updating status reports regularly.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
