We are looking for a Advocate to join our team at Devi Construction Company / Rasa Perceptions to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 along with professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review contracts, agreements and company policies
Ensure legal compliance with local and national laws
Maintain legal records and files for internal reference
Coordinate with legal counsel and external authorities
Assist in case follow-ups and court documentation
Conduct Title search report
Provide Legal Opinion on Property Acquisition
Coordinate & represent Organization in Property related matters.
Liaise with Government Authorities for approvals, NOC, Land record verification
Assist in litigation
Legal Search report, drafting, case preparation
Handled Court matters
Demarcation of Land
Site Visit
RTI & RTS Application
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
