We are looking for a Advocate to join our team at Anchored Digital to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,000 - ₹17,000 along with professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and processing of:
Conveyance Deed
Deemed Conveyance applications
Society Registration documents
Preparing and verifying documents for:
DHC challan (District Deputy Registrar / Competent Authority processes)
Ready-to-file document checklists
Ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant before submission
Coordinating with:
Housing society members (Chairman, Secretary, Committee)
Legal consultants, advocates, and government offices
Handling case follow-ups with authorities and departments
Preparing and maintaining court-related documentation (civil matters only)
Visiting government offices to:
Submit applications
Collect required documents
Track application status
Maintaining proper records, data entry, and file management
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
