Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring Safety: Keeping children safe is the top priority. This includes supervising activities, preventing accidents, and responding appropriately to emergencies.

2. Providing Emotional Support: Offering comfort, encouragement, and guidance to help children develop social skills and confidence.

3. Educational Development: Engaging children in age-appropriate learning activities, such as reading, problem-solving, and creative play.

4. Nutrition and Hygiene: Preparing meals, assisting with personal care, and maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

5. Organizing Activities: Planning fun, stimulating games and exercises that support cognitive and physical development.

6. Communication with Parents: Keeping parents updated on their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns. Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the concerned department.
