Desktop Support Engineer

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, peripherals, and network infrastructure.

Knowledge of CCTV Installation, Network Cabling.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues in a timely manner.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Install, configure, and manage operating systems, software applications, antivirus solutions, and security tools.

Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting activities, and system updates.

Provide technical support to end users and ensure prompt resolution of IT-related incidents and service requests.

Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and patch management to ensure system reliability and security.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, replacements, and technical support when required.

Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and technology improvement initiatives.
