Key Responsibilities
Install and configure Windows operating systems.
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook.
Provide desktop support and resolve hardware/software issues.
Deliver L1 technical support to end users.
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
Diagnose and troubleshoot RAM, SSD, and other hardware-related issues.
Handle file transfers using FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
Perform system upgrades and basic hardware installations.
Ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Maintain system performance and provide timely technical assistance.
