We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to strengthen our brand presence across digital and offline platforms.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer cum Video Editor will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and engaging video content for real estate marketing campaigns, social media, branding, advertisements, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, storytelling, and video editing with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing

- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, social media creatives, presentations, and emailers.

- Create branding assets and visual concepts aligned with company guidelines.

- Develop property launch creatives and campaign materials.

- Design website banners, landing page visuals, and digital ads.

Video Editing

- Edit property walkthrough videos, reels, promotional videos, and client testimonials.

- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and animations.

- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for video shoots and content planning.

Content & Branding

- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels.

- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and video formats.

- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

- Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.

- 1 - 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

- Proficiency in:

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- After Effects

- Canva (preferred)

- AI Tools and Management

- website design, landing pages and UX/UI elements

- A good sense of design, layout and color, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

- Experience in real estate marketing is preferred.

- Knowledge of motion graphics and drone footage editing is an added advantage.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
