Graphic Designer

Role Description

We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Graphic Designer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should not only excel in design fundamentals but also be highly skilled in leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and output quality.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, logos, and brand assets. Daily responsibilities include developing creative concepts, designing marketing materials, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to effectively use AI-powered tools to generate, enhance, and optimize creative assets—transforming ideas into high-quality visuals with efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Graphic Design with the ability to create visually appealing and professional graphics

• Proficiency in Logo Design, Branding, and visual identity development

• Excellent understanding of Typography, color theory, and layout composition

• Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.) and the ability to generate and refine creative assets using AI

• Ability to conceptualize and create social media posts, ad creatives, and marketing visuals using AI-assisted workflows

• Strong understanding of prompt writing and creative direction for AI-generated content

• Ability to understand client requirements and incorporate feedback into creative solutions

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines

• Previous experience in a digital marketing or creative agency is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred

• It is a Full Time గ్రాఫిక్ / వెబ్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
