Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive with a strong background in the manufacturing industry, preferably from packaging, chemical, or FMCG sectors. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B field sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct B2B field sales and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Identify potential customers and generate leads within the manufacturing industry.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.

• Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, dispatch, and customer support.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and market data.

• Visit clients regularly to strengthen business relations and explore new opportunities.

• Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B field sales within the packaging, chemical, or FMCG industry.

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

• Good area knowledge with willingness to travel frequently.

• Target-oriented, self-driven, and result-focused.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
