Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential flats.
Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the documentation and finance teams for booking and agreement formalities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Conduct client follow-ups and convert leads into business.
Support market expansion and identify new business opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
1–3 years of experience in Sales & Business Development.
Sales Experience in Real Estate Market is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must have own Bike & Driving License.
