We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and result-oriented Relationship Manager to handle clients, schedule and attend site visits, understand customer requirements, and convert prospects into bookings for residential real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with leads and schedule site visits based on customer requirements

• Personally attend and conduct site visits with prospective customers

• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

• Follow up with customers after site visits to convert prospects into bookings

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate project information

• Coordinate with the sales and internal teams for smooth customer experience

• Negotiate and assist customers throughout the booking process

• Maintain daily visit records and update CRM/data sheets

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of English, Hindi.

• Confident and convincing personality

• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills

• Good negotiation and follow-up skills

• Positive attitude and ability to handle sales pressure

• Willingness to travel for site visits

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Any Graduate

• 2-wheeler is mandatory

• Candidates with experience in real estate will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time ఫీల్డ్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
