• Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.

• A strong technical knowledge of solar power systems, components, and installation processes.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
