Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a proven track record in real estate sales to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial property sales, with a strong ability to drive sales, handle client relationships, and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and generate leads through various sales and marketing channels.
Conduct site visits and provide detailed information about the project to clients.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate and close deals efficiently to achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of the sales process.
Stay updated on market trends, project details, and competitor offerings.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to work on weekends and travel for client meetings/site visits.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Familiarity with Gurgaon’s real estate market is a plus.
