Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Kridha Laminates Pvt. Ltd. The candidate should have prior experience in plywood, laminates, or related building material sales. The role involves generating sales, developing strong dealer/distributor relationships, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and builders.

• Promote and sell plywood and laminate products in the assigned territory.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer relations.

• Provide product knowledge and support to customers.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in plywood/laminates or building materials sales (mandatory).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Knowledge of the Bareilly market will be an added advantage.
