Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our construction business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our residential and commercial projects and building strong customer relationships. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales leads through field visits, referrals, online platforms and networking.
Handle customer inquiries, conduct site visits and provide complete project details.
Maintain and update client databases and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events and digital marketing initiatives.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and market analysis to management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents and channel partners.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
Support documentation, agreement preparation and customer handover processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of real estate and construction industry trends.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing (preferred).
Salary:
2.4 - 3 lacs + Incentives based on performance
