Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and handling leads, understanding client requirements, arranging site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle company-generated leads and follow up with prospective clients.

• Understand clients’ requirements for residential and commercial properties.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and investment opportunities.

• Arrange and coordinate property/site visits with clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Regularly follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closure.

• Stay updated about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects in Noida, Greater Noida and surrounding areas.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of sales experience.

• Real estate sales experience will be preferred.

• Candidates from other sales industries with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Confident, presentable and target-oriented.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM and basic computer skills.
