Job Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.

• Understand clients’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.

• Explain and present suitable residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Arrange and coordinate property/site visits with clients.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships.

• Generate sales through leads provided by the company and self-generated leads.

• Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the booking process.

• Maintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM.

• Coordinate with sales managers and project teams for smooth transactions.

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

• Stay updated about current and upcoming real estate projects, prices, offers, and inventory.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales / property sales preferred.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Good knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, and surrounding real estate markets preferred.

• Ability to handle clients professionally and build long-term relationships.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Good negotiation and presentation skills.

• Comfortable with calls, client meetings, and site visits.

• Candidates from other sales industries with strong communication and sales experience may also apply.
