We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting company products/services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and field visits
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer data
Follow up with clients for payments and order fulfillment
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel (if field sales role)
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
