We are looking for a Tender Filing & Quotation Executive to join our team at our Noida office. The role requires candidates who are skilled in handling government and private tenders, preparing quotations, managing bid documentation, and ensuring timely submission of tender applications. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month with prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, track, and download relevant tenders from portals such as GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement platforms
Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents accurately and within deadlines
Prepare accurate and professional quotations for clients and vendors as per business requirements
Follow up on submitted quotations and coordinate with the team for approvals and revisions
Maintain organized records of all submitted, ongoing, and completed tenders and quotations
Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documents, certificates, and supporting materials
Monitor tender status and follow up on bid outcomes
Ensure all tender submissions comply with requirements, terms, and conditions
Maintain and update a tracker/database of all tender and quotation activities regularly
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma/Graduate (any stream); 1–3 years of experience in tender filing, quotation making, or back-office work preferred; freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, CPPP, or state e-procurement portals is a strong advantage
Experience in preparing business quotations and price comparisons is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer operation is mandatory
Good English reading and writing skills are essential for understanding and filling tender documents and drafting quotations
Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and strong organizational skills
Must be based in or willing to commute to Sector 65, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
