Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. Day-to-day tasks include contacting leads, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and maintaining an accurate record of sales activities. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies and attend industry events to promote our real estate offerings.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Negotiations
Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to understand and explain property details and market trends
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
