We are seeking dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team at IRG, a leading Channel Partner firm operating across East and West Pune. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales who are passionate about helping clients find their dream properties and driving revenue growth.
Generate and convert leads through field visits, digital campaigns, and referrals
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers
Build strong relationships with developers and clients
Maintain updated knowledge of local real estate trends and project launches
Negotiate deals and close sales with professionalism and integrity
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sale support
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (CP firm experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with Pune’s residential and commercial property market
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally
