Key Responsibilities
• Source Home Loan business through open market activities. • Generate leads through builders, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners. • Build and maintain relationships with customers and business associates. • Guide customers through the home loan application process and ensure timely documentation. • Coordinate with internal teams for login, processing, sanction, and disbursement. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities. • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility • Graduate in any discipline. • 1–2 years of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Financial Services sales. • Experience in sourcing business through open market, builders, DSAs, and channel partners is preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
