looking for a target-driven Sales Executive (Real Estate & Mortgage Advisory) to join our team! In this role, you will work directly with clients to facilitate the buying and selling of residential flats, commercial spaces, and properties, while assisting buyers with home loans, mortgage approvals, and bank financing to ensure smooth deal closures.
Your main responsibilities will include generating prospective leads, conducting property site visits, handling price negotiations between buyers and sellers, and guiding clients through complete loan documentation and transaction paperwork to successfully close high-value deals.
We are looking for monthly sales target-oriented candidates with strong negotiation skills, clear English communication, and a solid understanding of both property market dynamics and basic bank loan procedures.
