Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Insurance Executive to promote and sell insurance build strong client relationships, and provide after-sales support. The ideal candidate should have basic of insurance products and a passion for helping clients plan secure financial futures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life, health, and investment insurance plans to clients.

• Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking.

• Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Explain policy features, benefits, and premium details clearly to customers.

• Maintain long-term relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.

• Handle documentation, renewals, and claims coordination.

• Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines.

• Stay updated on new insurance products, market trends, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, banking, or financial advisory.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial planning.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
