We are looking for a FMCG Field Sales Executive to join our team [Welish Cosmetic Brand]. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.

The position offers an in-hand salary of

₹25000 - ₹45000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors and retailers for Welish Cosmetics.
• Expand market coverage and ensure product availability in assigned territories.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & distribution targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and product disp
• at retail outlets.
• Collect market feedback and competitor
• sights; report to management.
• Conduct product demos and provide
• cessary training/support to distributors.

Job Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Personal Care sales.
• Strong network with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Target-driven and fieldwork-ready mindset.
• Good communication skills in Hindi/Local language; English basic.
• Knowledge of merchandising, product display, and inventory management.
• Smartphone savvy and comfortable using CRM / Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationship
