FIELD SUPERVISOR – JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Field Supervisor
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹20000–₹25,000 per month
Location: chakan
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage field staff and daily activities.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate with clients, employees, and management.
- Allocate daily work and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular field visits and resolve employee-related issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain records.
- Ensure company rules, safety procedures, and work change standards are followed.
- Handle urgent field requirements and provide quick solutions.
- Coordinate with HR and management regarding manpower requirements.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team-management ability.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
