Key Responsibilities:
Visit PhonePe merchants and identify potential customers eligible for business loans.
Generate leads through merchant visits, telecalling, and field activities.
Explain PhonePe merchant loan products, eligibility, process, repayment options, and benefits to merchants.
Help eligible merchants complete the digital loan application and required KYC/process steps.
Follow up with merchants from lead generation to loan agreement and disbursement.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly loan and disbursement targets.
Maintain regular market coverage and build strong relationships with merchants.
Track leads, applications, approvals, agreements, and disbursements using the assigned systems.
Ensure accurate documentation and follow all prescribed SOPs and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners to resolve application/process-related issues.
Maintain good portfolio quality and provide appropriate post-disbursement support.
