Field Supervisor

Role Summary

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Field Executive to support day-to-day field operations across Delhi/NCR. The candidate will be responsible for executing deliveries, pickups, client site visits, and operational inspections. The role requires frequent travel using the candidate’s own two-wheeler (bike/scooter).

The ideal candidate should be punctual, disciplined, physically active, and comfortable with extensive field work.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled deliveries and pickups at client locations across Delhi/NCR.

• Visit customer sites for waste material collection coordination, document pickup, and service-related tasks.

• Conduct site visits for operational assessment, collection readiness, and client support.

• Perform random operational checks at client sites to ensure service quality and process compliance.

• Verify quantity, material condition, and collection readiness before dispatch.

• Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, vendors, and clients for smooth execution of daily operations.

• Capture and share field updates via WhatsApp, phone calls, photos, and reports.

• Ensure all pickup/delivery documentation (gate pass, challan, acknowledgements, etc.) is properly handled.

• Report operational issues, delays, client complaints, or non-compliance immediately to management.

• Support new client onboarding visits and survey locations for operational feasibility.

• Ensure safe handling of confidential documents/material during transport and operations.

Travel Requirement

• Candidate must own a bike/scooter with valid RC, insurance, and driving license.

• Daily travel across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and nearby NCR locations is required.

• Fuel/travel reimbursement will be provided as per company policy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• 1–3 years of field operations / delivery / logistics experience preferred

• Good knowledge of Delhi/NCR routes

• Comfortable using Google Maps

• Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, photos, location sharing, calls)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude

Physical Requirements

• Must be fit for field work and daily travel

• Able to lift/handle moderate weight when required

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Compensation

• Salary: As per experience and skill set
