Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, passionate, and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive (Gurugram Specialist) to join our growing team. If you have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, references, digital platforms, and field activities.

• Understand clients’ investment needs and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.

• Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with developers and channel partners for inventory updates.

• Stay informed about Gurugram’s real estate trends, pricing, and upcoming projects.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups using CRM.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Gurugram real estate sales.

• Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and investment properties in Gurugram.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
