BTN Events is looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The role involves on-field marketing, client acquisition, and promotion of event services.
Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new clients
Promote company events and services to potential customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Achieve assigned sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of events
Collect market and customer feedback
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Fresher to 5 years of experience in field sales/marketing
Must have own bike (mandatory)
Must have own laptop or tablet (mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Willingness to work in the field
