Rx MedoCard is hiring a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote and sell our Healthcare Discount Cards and Insurance Cards. The role involves lead generation through calling and field visits, explaining card benefits to customers, and closing sales. The candidate will interact with individuals, families, NGOs, senior citizen groups, and residential societies. Responsibilities also include organizing awareness camps in societies and communities to educate people about affordable healthcare benefits. Strong communication skills, confidence in sales, and willingness to work in the field are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell Healthcare Discount Cards and Insurance Cards to individuals and families
• Generate leads through outbound calling and field visits
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer data, follow-ups, and sales reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum Qualification : Diploma
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
• Comfortable with calling and field work
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
Salary:
Diploma/Graduate: ₹3.6 LPA to ₹7 LPA CTC (Performance-Based Incentives Included)
Post Graduate: ₹4.5 LPA to up to ₹8 LPA CTC (Performance-Based Incentives Included)
• Probation Period: 3 months. During the probation period, a stipend of ₹15,000 per month will be provided (For freshers).
For experienced one, we can match the last in-hand salary during the probation and then salary can vary as mentioned above.
