Field Sales Manager

We are hiring a Partner Success Manager for a leading life insurance company. This is a field-based role focused on managing and supporting existing agents to drive business growth. The role does not involve agent recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and engage with existing agents at their offices

• Support agents in generating life insurance business

• Build strong relationships with partners to improve productivity

• Guide agents on products, sales strategies, and market opportunities

• Track performance and provide regular updates

• Attend weekly office meetings for performance review
  

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Insurance / Financial Services

• Good communication and relationship management skills

Salary: ₹4.5 LPA Fixed + Incentives + Performance Bonus
