Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Bajaj Pay QR

Salary: ₹20,500/month (fixed)

Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month (performance-based) 1800/month (fuel)

About the Role

The company is expanding its merchant network and is hiring Field Sales Executives to onboard shopkeepers and merchants onto India's trusted payments network.

Key Responsibilities

- Install/activate Bajaj Pay QR codes at shopkeepers' stores

- Onboard new merchants onto the Bajaj Pay QR network

- Conduct field visits to drive merchant acquisition and sales

- Explain product benefits to shop owners and support them through setup

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred

- Must own a bike with a valid driving license

- Must have an Android smartphone

- Prior field sales experience preferred (not mandatory)

- Good communication skills
