Job Description

HVAC Saathi Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and motivated candidates for a Field Sales Executive position. The role involves travelling to different locations, meeting customers face-to-face, generating leads, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers and potential clients in the field to generate sales.

• Meet builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and corporate clients.

• Promote HVAC products and services, including air conditioning and ventilation solutions.

• Generate new leads through market visits and customer referrals.

• Explain products and services to customers and understand their requirements.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain good customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Submit daily reports of field visits, leads, and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Experienced candidates in field sales will be preferred.

• HVAC or AC-related knowledge will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Willingness to travel and work in the field.

• Ability to meet customers and achieve sales targets.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000, depending on experience and skills.
