Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively seek new business opportunities, cold call, and convert leads into sales to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
Customer Visits: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment terms on behalf of the company.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client data, and inventory (if applicable).
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in field sales, outside sales, or a similar role.
Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Mobility: Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport.
Results-Oriented: A driven, self-motivated, and independent worker.
Typical Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is often preferred).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
