Lead Generation & Follow-ups

Handle incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, digital platforms)

Generate new leads via references, cold calling, and field activities

Maintain daily follow-ups and update CRM

2. Client Handling

Understand client requirements (budget, location, purpose)

Present suitable projects clearly (pricing, plans, USPs)

Build trust and long-term relationships

3. Site Visits & Meetings

Schedule and conduct site visits

Explain project details, amenities, payment plans

Coordinate with builder sales team when required

4. Sales Closure

Negotiate and close deals

Assist clients with booking process and documentation

Ensure timely collection of booking amount

5. Coordination

Work with internal team and developers

Stay updated with inventory, offers, and pricing

6. Reporting

Daily call reports, site visit reports

Weekly/monthly sales targets tracking

Skills Required

Strong communication & convincing skills

Good negotiation ability

Basic knowledge of real estate market

Customer handling & relationship building

MS Excel / CRM basic knowledge
