Job Description – Field Sales Executive-Real Estate

Location: Greater Noida
Industry: Real Estate
Experience: Fresher / 0–5 Years
Salary: ₹12,000–₹22,000 + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Stand near project sites, main roads, and designated locations.

• Distribute project brochures and promotional materials to the public.

• Approach potential customers and briefly explain the project.

• Identify people interested in buying/investing in real estate.

• Collect contact numbers and basic details of interested customers.

• Generate quality leads and share them with the Sales Team.

• Maintain daily records of leads collected.

• Achieve daily/monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Polite, confident, and presentable.

• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.

• Willingness to work at different project locations.

• Fresher candidates can apply.
