We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide a welcoming experience to visitors, clients, and employees. The candidate will also handle calls, basic administrative tasks, and day-to-day office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.

Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls.

Manage incoming and outgoing emails, courier, and correspondence.

Maintain visitor records and front-desk documentation.

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.

Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers.

Assist the HR/Admin team with day-to-day administrative work.

Maintain office reception area and ensure it remains organized.

Handle basic data entry and maintain records in Excel/Google Sheets.

Coordinate with different departments as required.

Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
