In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new prospects, building strong customer relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities in the field.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude toward lead generation, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and target potential prospects through various field-sales methods including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and professional presentations.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Sales Strategy: Research and develop creative, localised sales strategies to boost results and expand market reach.
Target Achievement: Actively work towards meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
Reporting & Feedback: Regularly maintain the client database and report performance metrics, market feedback, and field insights to management.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Graduate degree in any stream.
Experience: 6 months to 6+ years of experience in field sales or a similar business development role (experience in the pharma/healthcare retail sector is a plus).
Skills:
Proven familiarity with different sales techniques and field pipeline management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computers, mobile apps, or CRM tools to effectively manage data and track progress.
